2. In brief

This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking tools and does not embed social media plugins. Photos and videos are loaded directly from this website.

3. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external hosting provider. When you visit the pages, the server automatically processes data transmitted by your browser: IP address, date and time of access, page visited, referrer URL, browser type and operating system. This data is technically necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The log files are deleted after a short period. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the hosting provider.

4. Fonts

To display fonts, this website uses Bunny Fonts, a service of BunnyWay d.o.o., Cesta komandanta Staneta 4a, 1215 Medvode, Slovenia. Your IP address is transmitted to servers in the EU; according to the provider, no logs are stored and no cookies are set. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (consistent, appealing presentation). 5. Contact by email

If you send me an email, I process your details (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for this purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

6. Booking via Calendly

To book the introductory call, this website links to Calendly, a service of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA. You are only forwarded to Calendly when you click a booking link; the data you enter there (e.g. name, email address, preferred time) is processed by Calendly. Calendly is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR. More information: calendly.com/privacy.

7. Links to Instagram and TikTok

This website contains simple links to my profiles on Instagram and TikTok. No data is transmitted to these services unless you click the links. After clicking, the privacy policy of the respective provider applies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). Simply contact kontakt@intaeger.de.
